As independent agents, we disclose the information described above on your behalf to insurance companies and other non-affiliated third parties in order to secure your insurance product.
We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide insurance products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
If you require more privacy protection than what we provide, you may exercise your right to "opt out" of the information sharing described above. If you choose to "opt out" you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving and or reviewing this notice. If you do not notify us in writing, we will assume that our privacy policy is satisfactory to you.
